Okay, so I admit that I am not really an edgy person. I’m more like the squeaky clean girl next door, but even I like to break out of my fashion comfort zone sometimes. I’ve been experimenting a little with more of a street style and what better place to pretend to be edgy than pretending to like you skate? I matched this Eloquii sweater separate with a pair of Old Navy culottes and my trusty Stan Smith Originals. Add a dark lip and I appear just a teensy bit hard. And I think I just negated all street cred by using the word teensy.

LuLaRoe
It seems that LuLaRoe has taken my little piece of the planet by storm. Everywhere I turn someone I know is having a party-online and in person. Obviously, I had to check out this new craze and I picked up this tunic and leggings. I even managed to snag a couple pair of the elusive black leggings. Can I just say that these leggings are the softest thing I’ve ever felt? Okay, maybe not ever, but seriously they really are soft. Check them out if you hear of a party going on near you!
Jardigan
I have no idea what to call this maroon and white thing. It’s not really a jacket and not really a cardigan. So, I’m calling it a jardigan. That’s a word, right? Whatever it is, I love it. It’s super comfy and lightweight so it makes it great to layer. Plus, I get compliments whenever I wear it and who doesn’t love compliments?
I paired it with some boyfriend jeans from Old Navy. I like their pants because I can usually find short pants in a size that fits this curvy girl. ON for the win!

Dots and Pleats
Confession: I’ve had this skirt from Eloquii for around a year now. I kept thinking I needed to have it hemmed so that I wasn’t overwhelmed by pleats, but I just hitched it up a little higher and it works. I paired it with a sweater from Old Navy that I’ve had roughly forever and a necklace from NY and Co equally as old.
Can’t wait to style this another way once the weather finally gets cooler!

Hey there!
After much debate, I’ve decided to move my blog here permanently. I’m still getting settled in here so please be patient while I get everything sorted. You can see my previous posts at my old home.
As always, I appreciate you taking the time to read my little blog!
